Dick Martin
Author, Rebuilding
Brand America
Dick Martin was executive vice president of public relations, employee communications and brand management for AT&T from 1997 to 2003, capping a 32-year career with the company. In that role he oversaw all the company's communications programs, including relationships with its five major advertising agencies. He was also chairman of the AT&T Foundation.
Since leaving AT&T, Martin has been writing for business publications. The American Management Association published Tough Calls – AT&T and the Hard Lessons Learned in the Telecom Wars in November of 2004 and Rebuilding Brand America in 2007. A third book on marketing in a time of change is scheduled for publication in the spring of 2009. He has also written articles for the Harvard Business Review, BusinessWeek, The Conference Board Review, Chief Executive magazine, the Journal of Business Strategy, and the PR Encyclopedia. Pilot Books published the third edition of a previous book, The Executive’s Guide to Handling a Press Interview, in 1993.

An American Abroad: advantages/disadvantages you bring to a business experience as an expatriate American
In recent years, Bruce has focused on new ways to use electronic communication tools to share advanced scientific and technical information with broad internal and external audiences. In this role, he has focused on bridging the communication gap that traditionally exists between the R&D and the marketing divisions within a large organization. In an earlier experience, he set up a technical translation agency in the South of France working for industry, research and public agencies seeking to reach out to the English-speaking world (what the French sometimes call "Anglo-Saxons").
With nearly ten years of experience as a university lecturer in the Marseille engineering and business schools, he has had plenty of experience working with young Europeans as they set out on the first steps of their careers.
Robert Carroll
President, Pictometry International Division
Robert Carroll is the President of Pictometry’s International Division. In this role, he leads all international business activities for Pictometry including technology licensees, partnering, marketing, and operations. Prior to joining the company he was Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Professional Services for Hitachi Software Global Technology. Carroll has an honors diploma in international business administration from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technologies in Toronto.
Margaret A. Catillaz, Esq.

Ms. Catillaz is the past President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the national association of over 11,000 immigration lawyers in the U.S., a past president of the International Business Council in Rochester, past president of the Volunteer Legal Services Project of Rochester.
Her practice is devoted to immigration law. She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences on immigration. She has been named (as a result of a peer reviewed process) to Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who of International Business Lawyers and to Chambers & Associates listing of international lawyers.
Jeffrey W. Cox

Jeff Cox has worked in the field of international education for 17 years. He lived overseas for ten years, has been a Peace Corps Volunteer, Chair for NY/NJ of NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and currently serves as President of the Rochester International Council
Kristin M. Sampson
Kristin's expertise is in the field of Global HR Management with over 25 years experience in International business and finance. This includes knowledge of global compensation and benefits, competitive practices, strategic planning, as well as cost-effective solutions for managing international assignments. Prior to joining Providium in 2007, Kristin was responsible for developing and managing Bausch and Lomb's international relocation and global mobility program.
